Spring Trading Hours at Trofeo Estate
As the season shifts, bringing warmer air and longer days, we are delighted to announce some exciting updates here at Trofeo Estate. We are extending our hospitality with new trading hours to better welcome you. Our cellar door and dining will now be open from Thursday to Monday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an extended cellar door hour until 6:00 pm on Fridays. This includes our Cellar Door grazing Menu, now available on Thursdays for a casual yet elegant start to your weekend.
New Spring Menu & Saturday Evening Dining
In celebration of this new chapter, we are thrilled to introduce Saturday dining featuring our new Spring À La Carte Menu. This offers another opportunity to immerse yourself in the estate’s atmosphere, enjoying dishes crafted from the season’s finest produce.

Saturday Evening Dining at Trofeo
In celebration of the season and the debut of esteemed Chef Andy Doughton, Trofeo Estate presents an intimate series of dinners—a spirited ode to the artistry of wine and cuisine. Each evening honours a singular varietal, with just one night dedicated to each from October through November, offering a rare opportunity to indulge in a meticulously curated menu.
This is the Terracotta Wine Dinner Series, an exclusive collection of paired dinners crafted as a singular gustatory experience. Chef Andy gracefully composes each menu to be impeccably paired with distinguished Trofeo Estate Terracotta Wines, drawn from both our treasured Museum and celebrated Estate collections.
Each evening is thoughtfully designed—a four-course menu, paired with four remarkable wines. The experience is intimate and seating is highly limited, ensuring each guest is enveloped in the warmth and exclusivity befitting The Home of Terracotta Wine.

To mark this occasion, we are also launching The Terracotta Wine Dinner Series—an exclusive collection of paired dinners designed to celebrate the unique character of our wines. The series begins on October 11th with a focus on Chardonnay.
